  • Anti-privacy movie showtimes

    By From mr me
I’ve used this app forever. But every time I do, it makes me mad. I don’t give the app permission to track my location (why would it need to know my exact location, anyway), so instead I just saved the 4 or 5 theaters I frequent in my favorites. So... there’s the movies, there’s the theaters they’re playing at... perfect. Now why in the world, when I press the movie I want to see showtimes, in the theater I’m looking at, under my favorites, does it make me search for theaters around me to view the showtimes?!?! It’s so damned frustrating and it’s always been like that! I’m almost positive it’s just their way to almost force you to give them location track permissions. At the VERY LEAST, save my last location search. All just asinine. Thanks Apple.
  • Favorites malfunction

    By user_DRD47R
Please fix bugs, saved movies in favorites rarely loads properly when navigated to and does not show any of the saved movies. Must re-enter "favorites" many times before it works. Thanks
  • Always slow and buffering

    By joeweav
All my other video apps stream just fine. No matter what network I’m on, even LTE, every trailer in this app buffer several times during the two minute clip.
  • I used to love this app

    By tsunami-k
What happened to the theater listings???? I used to use this app to find showtimes and where movies were playing. Now it does nothing but show trailers. I could pull those off of YouTube, if that’s all I wanted. Great app ruined.

Kindly add Chromecast support. It would be very helpful.
  • Way too slow

    By Hydrozoline
This app would be good if it weren’t SO SLOW. Trailers won’t play or will stop during play, so I inevitably give up and go to YouTube. I would rather have a dedicated trailers app than hunt for trailers on YouTube or watch ads on IMDb, but this app ain’t it.

This is one of my favorite apps, but it does not fill the screen of the iPad Pro 11inch.
  • Cannot Save To Favorites

    By Trent and Steeler
It will not save movies to favorites. It hasn’t in three of my phones for two years. Thus it makes this app lame. If you cannot save to favorites so you can be reminded to watch, what is the point?
  • “Accessing Trailers” wheel of death

    By Vega51
This app created by Apple was only given a narrow bandwidth leaving Apple trailer servers... this is why you’ve seen buffering trailers that take five minutes to watch a one minute trailer. Today, 19 June 2019, years later with no fix for the low bandwidth issue is an “Accessing Trailers” message with an infinite loop wheel of death. Apple continues to fail and shows no sign of correcting programming errors. Why should they... programming errors are finding their Apple Care plan coffers!
  • Please Add TV Show Trailers

    By casualbrewery
Hi. I think this here app is groovy. It lacks one aspect of the visual medium though: TV shows. Since many (not so) small screen offers are similar in caliber as a movie these days, and there are a dizzying amount of shows being offered from a ton of different venues; the Trailers app would be ideal to explore and find the next obsession, desperately needed now that GoT is completed. Not to mention offering TV trailers is a good way to promote availability on the TV App. Can you say “Watch Now button”?
