    How in the heck do I get off this nasty site as my granddaughter thought it was a legit site and did not know it was a pick up site. I'm still paying 29.99 a month for this , Horrible Legal Prostitution Site and believe me, 30.00 a month for this is absolutely crazy, unless I were a Sex Addict. I have gone as far as writing them to ask them to please delete me as they have gotten my free money for 6 months at least and you better believe I have not been on?

    Once I upgraded my iPad Air to IOS 12.4, it is no longer possible to update the apps. The following message appears: “This discounted price is only available to customers who own a previous version of this item. To buy this item at full price, click Buy. ”As much as I click Buy, the message repeats itself. This is boring.

    Everyone says use it in the water. When I do. It quits. Took it in to service center They said must have had a hairline crack. Could have purchased it that way. I did not drop it or damage it. But when I used in a water aerobic class. It mage a vibrating noise and quits. I had the water seal on I have always had a Fitbit. But decided to upgrade. I guess it was a bad choice. Going back to Fitbit. So unhappy. Lots of Money for a non working watch

    I keep going to the Genius Bar with my issues and they tell me to call Apple Support. I call Apple Support, and they send me back to the Genius Bar! It’s a vicious cycle. I’m sick of it! Who can help me? All I want is to set up a training appointment at the Genius Bar
  • Good customer service experience but terribly glitchy app

    It's ironic how Apple's Support app is so glitchy. I'll have either a perfect WiFi or LTE connection and messages won't go through to my support agent. I also don't get notifications from any of their messages or I'll be stuck on the connecting screen in the app but start getting notifications from a support agent and not be able to reply to them on the app. Please fix your support app if you expect us to spend so much money on your products that eventually break.

    Not that long ago. Apple was caught or exposed for messing up the battery.i telling you, you are doing the exact same thing as before. But you got caught. Plan A FAILED. SO U JUMPED TO Plan B. I had a full battery. I can tell you what happens you are sendingto our phones to drain the battery. I was looking at. I was playing a game. Phone went from full battery to about 78 present. Messages started to come back. I look and you enable the very issue that jack up. Our phone before. Iam tire of being under mined I would appreciate if u stop sending that battery thing to my phone. Just leave. I know you’re doing this. You want customers to believe that our battery is messing up. Gonna see what the better business B. Have to say about this and you ain’t getting no stars either. Can’t send unless you rate. Gotta give you one. Even that is crooked

    So like another review I jst read my son also made purchases on a game and yes apple did cheat me out of my money as well, I guess this is how the company grows by taking advantage of the ones who can’t pay. I also had called to cancel the 3 mo. Trial for music and nope they still charged me 2xs on 2 diff cards and created my bank acc to go negative and also now my bank has charged me nsf fees double and has returned other items and all I get is a sorry not to mention that due to this my bank is now negative $481 thank you apple for sticking it to me.
